ECOI was launched by Ms. Sindhushree Khullar, CEO, NITI Aayog, Government of India. The launch video is available on: evaluation-community-of-india-ecoi-has-been-launched The goal of ECOI is to ‘share and learn’, and we look forward to receiving advice with regard to taking the community forward and making it demand and utility oriented – essential for its sustainability.

Evaluation community of India (ECOI) was launched on October 16th, 2015 at the conference organized by Institute of Social Studies Trust in collaboration with NITI Aayog and National Institute of Labour Economics Research and Development (NILERD). The Secretariat of ECOI will be housed in the Institute of Social Studies Trust, New Delhi.
